ORDER BY CONSENT
1. All further proceedings in this action shall be stayed upon the terms set out in
the attached schedule, except for the purpose of carrying those terms into
effect;
2. Each party shall be at liberty to apply to the court if the other party does not give
effect to the terms set out in the schedule;
3. The Defendant shall pay three quarters of the Claimant’s costs of bringing the
claim and defending the counterclaim on the standard basis to be agreed or
otherwise subject to a detailed assessment.

(a) The Defendant shall pay or cause to be paid to the Claimant the sum of
£18,000 on or before the 14th day after this Order is made in full and final
satisfaction of all claims and counterclaims arising in this action.
(b) In the event of late payment, the Defendant will pay interest on the balance
outstanding at the rate of 5% above the Bank of England base rate for the time
being to payment.
(c) The Defendant will during the period of 12 months following the date of this
Order allow the Claimant a 15% discount on all orders placed by the Claimant
with the Defendant.
