F&G Gourmet Temptations

Introduction

During dry season, Filipinos’ demand for cold and refreshing

foods increases. Halo-halo is a popular dessert among Filipinos’

especially during summer, for it is perfect for beating the tropical heat

that exists almost year-round in the Philippines. Halo-halo is not only

consumable during summers, but actually in any time the market

wanted it and it is because of its power to uplift or elevate one’s mood.

Our halo halo is not just an ordinary that we usually have and it also

contain a different and unique flavor because it is coffee base. This

condition serves as a challenge to all Halo-halo Business to continue to

deliver a higher value in every time the market will consume it.This is

one of the reasons why there is a growing number of Halo-Halo vendor

or stores offering such desserts; they want to deliver the market more

satisfaction. Due to the same reason, the competition among business

who offers the same kind of dessert gets tougher and tougher

overtime.

F&G Gourmet Temptations, where passion meets palate, and every

bite is an experience in culinary excellence. Established with the vision

of elevating gastronomic indulgence, F&G Gourmet Temptations is

poised to redefine the gourmet food industry.


In this business plan, we will embark on a journey through the heart of

F&G Gourmet Temptations, delving into our brand ethos, market

projections. With a team of dedicated culinary artisans, a robust

The name of our business is based personally on our names as its

founder and also the type of service we offer. We are going cater to all

the students and teachers who purchased. F&G Gourmet Temptations

it is convenient for all and it has unique services our business will offer

Chapter 2

Overview of The Project

The name of the project we proposed is F&G Gourmet Temptations,


which is formed by taking the founders’ name initial, as well as, the
primary attraction of the business which is the unique taste experience
of the customers. The proposed project is located at MATS College of
Technology, Agdao, R.Castillo, Davao City accessible for students.
The type of proposed business is a partnership where all partners are
general partners and that all partners are personally liable for the
partnership, debts, to the extent of their personal assets incase
partnership assets are insufficient to pay the said obligation. The
general partners are composed of 2 person namely: Blessy Grace
Sumayang and Febelyn Binuhay. Blessy Grace Sumayang owning
50% of the business while Febelyn Binuhay owning 50%, a total of
100%.

The F&G Gourmet Temptations built a food stall located at MATS


College of Technology, R. Castillo, Agdao, Davao City. The business
boast its special view of the MATS College of Technology that adds to
the unique viewing of the students and the teacher. And it employs with
2 personal with their respective job description and specification. The
manager is the one who oversees the entire operation and do the
decision making. An accountant, whose function is to check the
account and financial statement and monthly basis, also received the
payments from the customer.

F&G Gourmet Temptations provides unique flavor and experience for


the students who want to try a distinctive product. The business
services can be availed a daily basis schedule during school days. The
service offered by the business are: a.) Halo-halo b.) Boopis Pastil c.)
Chicken Pastil. The customers to help them fulfill their satisfaction and
to provide their wants and achieve their goals. Due to its accessibility
and excellent services it has the capacity to cater its target market.
F&G Gourmet Temptations determine fair market from others and
make sure its charge are worth all the services offered by the business.
The projected sales increase every day.

The F&G Gourmet Temptations provide quality services and quality


food. In operation procedures, we keep in mind all the legal aspect of
establishing the business such as registration at the Security of
Exchange Commission (SEC), registration with the Bureau of
International Revenue (BIR), registration of the business with
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the total project cost is
40,000. Each of them contributed 20,000 to gather necessary amount
to start the business.

Company History

November 2023 a group of two (2) entrepreneur agreed to put up a


foods stall business. They each contributed money to accumulate the
needed capital to start the venture. Two of them decided to contribute
50% each of the needed capital. To gather needed information on the
business they want to put up, they decided to test their idea through
business plan and conducted research about foods stall in the city. On
trying to find on their selling point, the team find inspiration in the
internet about the foods stall from Davao Bazarr called the DGT
weekend night market that was built near Matina Aplaya whith a good
ambiance the came up with the idea of FxG Gourmet Temptation.
When they an unanimously agreed on the idea of the foods stall the
group of looked for an ideal place to build their stall. They found a
perfect locations at MATS College of Technology, R. Castillo, Agdao ,
Davao City the place is convenient for them since their target market
are students. They started put up a foods inside the school on
December 2023.

They bought 1, 50 cups and 50 lids, 50 spoon, 1 ice machine, and 1


refrigeration equipment,1 sink, 1 work table, 1 point of sale system, 1
cash register, 1 signs and mini boards,1 seating, 1 lightning, 1 cooling
equipment, 1 music system, and 1 cleaning supplies. On December
2023, they had the grand opening of F&G Gourmet Temptations with
their tagline “ An aesthetic taste, you’ll remember”. Several students
attended the grand opening of the business to avail their introductory
promotion. At the end of their first day, they earned a total of 2,000 for
the students who purchased.

establishing the first flying school in Mindanao. It was his passion to
give young people the opportunity to experience the challenge of
conquering their future through meaningful education. The journey that

Mats College of Technology has a total enrollment of 1,796 students,
contributing to CHED of gross domestic products (GDP) by the enrolled
students for the school year 2023. Davao Region has various schools
and universities that also contribute a huge part of GDP to the
economic growth of the education industry. Mats College is a private
sector institution that also offers a variety of courses in such areas as
aviation, maritime education, business, criminology, and engineering.
In addition to tertiary-level programs, the school also has a senior high
school (SHS) program with academic and technical-vocational-
livelihood (TVL) strands.

The service sector contributed the highest share of CHED, followed by


the industry for all courses. In 2023, which was pegged by the total of
1,796 students,

The industry sector is also a key economic driver, with an accelerating
