The Master of Science in Human Capital Management and Analytics
programme is designed to equip recent graduates with future-ready human
capital management skills and competencies. With significant developments
in various human resource areas over the past 20 years, the HR function will
demand talents with new and improved proficiencies, particularly in data
analytics. Our curriculum combine functional HR capabilities with an
analytical perspective, paving the way for you to develop suitable changes
in the workplace. This programme is delivered over three semesters and
includes an experiential learning component. Students are expected to
complete 44 units to graduate.
