Please find below the service report for the first biannual 2022 preventive maintenance.

FIRST BIANNUAL 2022 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE REPORT

1 NIBEM FOAM STABILITY 1 Equipment - Comprehensive service/lubrication of the

- Stepper motor current was less than 300mA.
2 INPACK 2000 SAMPLER 1 Equipment - Dismantling, Cleaning, lubrication of O-ring and re-
SN:ISD 5829 status ok. assembling of the equipment was carried out and
the equipment was confirmed ok.
3 INPACK 2000 FLASHER 1 Equipment - Disassembling, cleaning and re-assembling of
SN:2004 status ok. flasher orifice, flashing pins and spring, lubrication
of the guide O-rings and the equipment was
confirmed ok.
4 CO2/O2 GEHALTEMETER C- 2 Equipment - Cleaning of the plunger, throttle valve and the
DGM status was ok. plunger Plexiglas were carried out; O-rings were
SN:12945 lubricated;
SN;12860 - Calibration check of pressure transducer and
temperature sensor was also carried out and the
equipment was confirmed ok.
- However, it is advised that the equipment be
flushed with H2O after every use.
5 VOS ROTA 2.0 HAZE METER 2 Equipment - Cleaning of the sample bath holder and the control
SN: H-VR2-10064 status was ok. knob were carried out, The optic lenses were also
SN; H-VR2-10068 cleaned and confirmed ok,
- Calibration check with distilled water confirms the
accuracy, reproducibility & display stability.
6 REDPOST MONITOR 1 Equipment . this meter has a faulty battery/connector, and

confirmed the equipment ok.
- The probe socket should be lubricated after
every 50 runs using the Haffmans contact
treatment grease.
8 REDPOST MONITOR 352 1 Equipment - Service and cleaning of the equipment was carried

confirmed the equipment ok.

confirmed ok.
12 ELMA ULTRASONIC BATH Equipment - The temperature accuracy was confirmed ok using
S/N:100525048 status and a reference thermometer.

15 BOECO ANALYTICAL 5 Equipment - Service and calibration check with standard
BALANCE status ok weights of 10g, 50g & 100g respectively were carried

15 HG-80 AUTOCLAVE 2 Equipment - The temperature accuracy was confirmed ok using
SN:32717100290 status ok a reference thermometer at the different points of
SN:32717100284 temperature till the sterilizing temperature.
- Earthling system, safety thermostat and the cut-
off temperature were all confirmed ok.

16 VIBRAC TORQUE METER 1 Equipment - Servicing and cleaning of clamp, sensor unit, drive
SN:18-0215 status ok. unit and column were carried out; earthling systems
were check and confirmed ok.
- Calibrations with known standards weight were
also carried out and the equipment was confirmed
ok.
17 AGR TOPWAVE HOT CUTTER 1 Equipment - The equipment was cleaned and the wiring and the
SN:N/A status ok. outings were checked, the hot cutter were checked
for tension and equipment was confirmed ok.

18 BIOBASE FUME CUPBOARD 1 Equipment - The equipment was cleaned and the wiring and
SN:FH18X1804008 status faulty. outings were checked, and errors corrected.
Control Panel is - The control panel is faulty making it beeping alarm.

23 MICROBIAL AIR SAMPLER 1 Equipment - Cleaning of the equipment was carried

printed circuit board were checked and

- A reference tachometer
Was used to check the average speed of the sampler
and the equipment was confirmed ok.
24 ELIX-PROGARD TS2 1 Equipment - Equipment was cleaned through it internal
SN:PROGOTOS2 status ok. maintenance rules and was also cleaned using
chlorine .however it filter is a yearlong span.

25 MILLI-Q 1 Equipment - Equipment was cleaned doing the internal

SN:F8HA8035OA status ok but cleanings and was confirmed ok. but filter expired
filter expired. and expected to be changed.
