Literacy Training Service (LTS) is a program that is designed to teach those in

In extending a literacy program to an elementary student, it is

notable that different students have different interests and
perspectives. As I've observed with my students, kids at this age are
very competitive, and you can't force them to do things they don't
want to do. So as an educator, I let them participate in whatever
kinds of activities they were going to get involved in. I realized that
most of the kids love to draw, although it takes them a lot of time to
do and it seems like they are in a competition with drawing. I was
amazed in our sessions wherein it went really well. Although there
were some times when they were not paying attention when I was
making an announcement, they were active when doing the activities
and they enjoyed the activities that were presented. I therefore
conclude that students actively participate in what they are
interested in, which shows their eagerness to showcase their talents
and capabilities.
