    Every admin officer will conduct an assessment of their branch, and if Mr.Moiz &
    1. there is any issue, they'll resolve it without any management person's Mr. Asif Admin Head
    instruction, It depends on requirement of issue.

    After every 15 days, there will be a meeting of the admin department at


    the head office, where we will discuss the tasks from the previous Mr.Moiz & Admin Head
    2. meeting. Mr. Asif
    If someone performs well, we will improve that person's pay or other

    If an issue arises with an individual, prompt action will be taken to Mr.Moiz &

    Obtain quotations from 4-5 sources for every job. Upon identifying the Mr.Moiz &

    If an employee is terminated, a termination slip or form will be
