EXPERIENCE
● Lead the global Nestle KitKat and McPherson’s accounts, including customer experience through to delivery.
● Responsible for onboarding and setting up the new McPherson’s account and leading workstreams including Brand,
Strategy, Digital, Social, PR and Influencer.
● Delivered all post production for the launch of the Samsung Z Flip4 with influencer Sydney Sweeney, gaining over
300K likes in 1 week on Instagram.
● Led a small business engagement campaign for TikTok across all of the We Are Social offices in Asia/Pacific.
● Managed large pieces of Google business in Exec and Healthcare comms, from strategic projects to animated videos.
● Ran a lead generation campaign to C-suite which resulted in many major leads for the sales team.
● Led strategic projects for Visa Australia including CVP development for new products and Playbooks. The Visa
Personas campaign was nominated for the AC&E Awards 2017. Also developed a CMO thought leadership piece for
promotion through programmatic channels.
● Allianz - led strategic responses and end to end campaigns. Set up Oracle Eloqua CRM solution: Discovery sessions,
customer lifecycle development, personas and creative. Early acquisition campaigns saw a 34% increase in quote
requests.
● Developed the social strategy and achieved 23% increase in engagement for ResMed (CPAP and sleep apnea).
Delivered 7 TVCs in 2 months and related roll out campaigns across all channels for Westpac. Also developed a mood film
to engage staff in the new brand for Westpac bank.

Managed many email, mail, social and website management campaigns. I developed the concept and creation of content
for the NRMA YouTube channel and also led a large campaign for CTP insurance, including research and interviews.
Delivered the new Brand launch for nbn (National Broadband Network), including Brand Guidelines, Word Templates,
Playbook and executing the campaign across TV, press, radio, digital.
• Led the NRMA onboarding project which was a best practice, end-to-end CRM program.
• Gained $50K earned media out of $5K investment with a world-first tech idea for Brother and National Breast Cancer Fdn
• Worked on three website overhauls, Daikin, Woolworths Everyday Rewards and Thomas Dux to create best practice,
responsive and search-optimised sites.
Responsible for strategic input to and implementation of direct communications projects for NetBank and Youth
Segments of Commonwealth Bank.
• Planned and implemented two Tertiary Student campaigns which won Silver ADMA 2002, Bronze ADMA 2003 and
International Echo Award 2002.
