I. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting is called to order by the Presiding Officer Lito I. Ligutan at exactly 9:00

II. INVOCATION AND SINGGING OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
The Brgy. Secretary J. Albarico made a roll call and the quorum was declared by the
Presiding Officer. The above-stated persons were presents.
III. READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING
The reading and approval of the minutes were skipped due to the meeting conducted
at the time being the first regular session.

AGENDA HIGHLITS/AGREEMENT
1. Formulation of Rules and Procedure The Rules and Procedure attached along
with this document were formulated by the
Punong Barangay the HOUSE RULES
ATTACHED AND AGREED of all
 SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY.
2. The Punong Barangay, in concurrence with
the Sangguniang Barangay Members
appointed Jalyn C. Albarico and Claribel V.
Reamillo as Brgy. Secretary and Brgy.
Treasurer respectively.
3. Identification/Appointment of Comte The appointment of committee heads was
Heads and Members done by nomination and division of the
house. Thus, in concurrence with
Sangguniang Barangay Member, the
following Sangguniang Barangay Member
were appointed as committee heads and

4. Schedule of Sangguniang Barangay The schedule for the regular session was
Regular Session set to be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of
every month as proposed and concurred by
Sangguniang Barangay Members.
5. Changing The Bank Signatories Of The Sangguniang Barangay discussed the
Sangguniang Barangay Of Barangay change of one of the community account at
Caghalo Landbank of the Philippines. Authorizing
The Punong Barangay Hon. Lito I. Ligutan
and Barangay Treasurer Claribel V.
Reamillo as the official signatories of the
account on the transaction they may enter
at the bank.
