simple, TRAINING IS NOT REQUIRED, and we are always a call away for expert advice. The

The 50 litre detergent mixer is a free standing machine fitted with a powerful 220 volt motor and
reduction gearbox. Simple on/off controls allow the operator to start and stop the unit as required.
The machine is fitted with a stainless steel shaft and blades. A white plastic tank is supplied, which
allows the operator to see the levels of the product in the tank. Removable shaft and speed

150 litre, 200 litre and 500 litre detergent mixer with removable bases and tanks. These machines
are as the above packages, but manufactured with bases on wheels, and supplied with 2 bases and 2
tanks. Further additional tanks and wheeled bases can be purchased. This increases production as
while the 1st tank is mixing, the second tank is dispensing into bottles which speeds up the process.
Removable shaft is STANDARD on these models, but speed controls are available as optional

1000 litre raised height machine

The 1 000 litre raised height machine is designed to insert a flow bin under the machine and decant
the entire 1 000 litres into the flow bin. This unit has an optional speed control AND operator
platform if required.

Washing powder blenders

Blending machine for the manufacturing of powder products only. It is not possible to mix liquid
products in this unit.

The machine tank is manufactured from stainless steel and mounted to the frame on a support
bearing and gearbox The unit is fitted with a powerful 1,1kw motor and reduction gearbox with
simple on/off controls. The stainless steel tank is fitted with a hinged lid allowing the operator to
easily load and unload the machine. Blades welded to the inside of the tank ensure a blending
action giving a perfect blend in a shorter time than a ribbon blender.
