Protecting East Hampton is Up to You

From Gardiners Bay to our Atlantic beaches, from Wainscott to Springs to Montauk, our quality of life is defined by the state of our environment.
But our environment is coming under attack like never before. Overdevelopment means new pressures on our land and water; more challenges to reducing light and noise pollution; increased threats to open space; and renewed risks for our coastal regions. We need to protect our natural resources by ensuring that our elected officials follow smart environmental planning principles, and that we get tough on code violators, enforce light and noise ordinances, and protect our drinking water.
