I am pleased to recommend Alberta Sotnikova as an experienced employee. I

confirm that Ms. Sotnikova has been employed with Under Wonder Premium Class
Restaurant as a bartender from September 2020 to December 2021. Alberta has been one
of our most professional employees and performed her duties with diligence and
responsibility at all times.
Alberta did an excellent job as a bartender and was a natural leader. She was
flexible and willing to work on any project that was assigned to her and was quick to
volunteer to assist in other areas as well as hosting, serving or ordering in my absence.
She had excellent communication skills, was extremely organized, was a team player yet
could work independently, and was able to multi-task to ensure all guests were taken care
of in a timely manner. Cool under pressure and very detail oriented, she was able to
effectively work a full-service bar and service bar with ease, yet was never reluctant to ask
for help when needed.
Alberta’s most valuable professional competences are her governance and ability for
self organization, thoughtfulness and tolerance, a taste for self-education, and helpfulness.
Throughout the period of her work with us, Alberta has been able to maintain the team
spirit and cheerful mood among co-workers. Thanks to her distinctive capability related to
guest experience and the high level of customer service, Alberta has increased the number
of grateful guests devoted to our restaurant, and some of them have become our loyal
customers.
For Alberta, the reason for leaving us was her wish to work at and gain experience
with an international company. The restaurant management is thankful to Alberta Sotnikova
