Format of Broadband Invoice

Abstract
This document provides instructions/guidance on how to download a proper invoice from a broadband
service provider (Airtel / JIO) to avoid claim rejection.

Application
Applicable to all employees and/or individuals within EGI claiming the broadband expense benefit via
Concur.

Purpose
The purpose of this Instruction is to:
Ensure all employees have a clear and consistent understanding of invoice requirement for
broadband service provider (Airtel & JIO)
Ensure conformity of expenditures with Ericsson’s Code of Business Ethics

3. How to convert Password protected file in PDF

Step 1 - Open the password protected File

Step 2 - Press (CTRL+P) to print as Pdf

Step 3 – Select printer: Microsoft Print to PDF (already installed on all systems)

Step 4 – Click Print and then Click Save over Desktop. Your file will automatically be saved without
password.
