Dear Mayor Krantz,

Hope this message finds you well. We wanted to reach out to your organization as our
newly established company is in need of furnishings and office supplies for our office.

We have a solid staff count of 10 people and we would like to encourage them to come out
to the office several days a week. As such, to create a welcoming work environment, we are
in need of 10 private desks and chairs, filing cabinets, 10 PC's, an office printer/scanner
along with a large whiteboard for the boardroom to host weekly meetings.

In addition, we would need seating at the lobby entrance along with table and chairs in the
company lunchroom. If you have a showroom that we could visit or a virtual catalogue for
us to review designs and colours, it would be a good first step. We wish to collaborate with
local businesses such as yours and if you can provide a quote for the above mentioned
items, we would appreciate it.
