21. The guests don’t have to make a reservation to stay at the hotel, but we don’t guarantee available rooms at any

2. The guests can pay by cash or with credit card at the end of their hotel
stay.
3. If a guest checks out late, he or she has to pay the equivalent of an
extra day at the hotel.
4. If a guest wants the room for an extra day, they have to request it at
least 24 hours in advance.
5. The guests don’t have to book a table for lunch or dinner, they can
arrive whenever they want.
6. The guests don’t have to dress up for dinner, but they can´t wear too
small clothes.
7. The guests can´t smoke in the restaurant, if they want to smoke, they
have to go to the smoking area.
8. The guests can use mobile phones in the restaurant, but it has to be in
silence mood.
9. The guests can have visitors in the rooms from 10 am to 6 pm.
10. The guests can play music in the rooms, as long as it’s at a considerable
volume and it doesn’t disturb the other guests.
11. The guests can´t eat in the room, but they can consume drinks if they
want.
12. The guests don’t have to leave the keys when they go out, but if they
lose the keys, the guest has to pay for the replacement.
13. The guests can´t smoke cigarettes in the room, as in the restaurant,
they have to go to the smoking area.
STAFF
14. The staff don’t have to work on weekends if it´s not in their contract,
but if their superior ask them to, they can decide to accept the job with
extra pay or not.
15. The staff don’t have to work on evenings if it’s not indicated in their
contract, but they have to comply with the full work schedule.
16. The staff can be absent from work if they are ill, but they have to notify
their superiors.
17. The staff have to wear their full uniform at all working hours.
18. Men of the staff have to wear suit and tie of the color indicated. They
can´t come to work in the wrong clothing.
19. Women of the staff can wear skirt or ear trousers to work, as long as
they follow the uniform guidelines.
20. The kitchen staff have to wear a hat, apron and all the appropriate
clothing to be in the kitchen.
