Collectively, the parties may be referred to as the "Parties."

AGREEMENT STATEMENT
1. Vehicle Information: The Lessor agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Lessee:

 Color: [Vehicle Color]
 Year: [Vehicle Year]
2. Rental Period: The term of this Agreement shall begin on [Start Date] and end on [End
Date]. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
3. Rental Fee and Payment: The Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor a total rental fee of [Total
Amount] for the entire rental period. The payment shall be made as follows:
 Initial Payment (Due Date: [Due Date]): [Initial Payment Amount]
 Final Payment (Due Date: [Due Date]): [Final Payment Amount]
Payment shall be made in [Currency] to the Lessor's bank account or in cash, as agreed upon
by both Parties.
4. Use of the Vehicle: The Lessee agrees to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in
accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The vehicle shall not be used for any
illegal activities or in a manner that would violate this Agreement.
5. Insurance and Maintenance: The Lessor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining
insurance coverage and ensuring vehicle service for the rented vehicle during the entire
rental period. Proof of insurance and vehicle service must be provided to the Lessor upon
request.
6. Return of the Vehicle: The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle to the Lessor in the same
condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted, on or before the agreed-upon end
date. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any
prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications to this
Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
