Application for Surrender and bail of accused Devi Singh

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWTH:-
1. That the applicant is accused in above mentioned Fir:95/2023 which is
pending before the Hon’ble Court and fixed for today14/12/2023.
2. That accused was not appeared on the last date of hearing which was
fixed on dated:29/04/2023.
3. That the accused was admitted in De-Addiction center in Najafgarh,
Delhi due to that the court order warrant for the accused.
4. That the non-appearance was due to the above said reason.
5. That the absence was neither intentional nor deliberate but fore the
reason aforesaid.
6. That the accused want to surrender before the Hon’ble Court and
wanted bail as the non-appearance was not intentional
PRAYER:-
It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that the non-appearance
was non-intentional and the accused appeared on every date of
appearance so kindly grant the bail to accused.
