Data Gathering Procedure

The researchers personally administered the research instruments to the respondents. They
conferred and discussed the significance of the study and accomplished the distribution of the
instruments properly.
The respondents were given 5 minutes to accomplish the forms to prevent them from giving
hasty responses. The researchers went from one section to collect the accomplished
questionnaires.
After the questionnaires that have been accomplished the results were tallied and tabulated.
These data became the bases of analysis and interpretation.
CHAPTER III
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Design

This study determined the impact of integrating deaf student’s in taking of Bachelor of
Elementary Education 2nd year and 3rd year college at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa.
Statistical Treatment for Data

Responses to the questionnaires by student of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa 2nd year and 3rd year
students were statistically analyzed with the requirements of the study. Students were statistically
analyzed with the data instruments of the study. Specify the statistical treatments you will use for
interpreting your data and why they are necessary. Also include the scale or verbal interpretation
for the statistical process of your data.
Research instrument

The main tool used in this study was a researcher made questionnaire checklist. Set of
questionnaire was constructed for the student’s respondents. The questionnaire consisted of the
deaf students t determine the impact of integrating 2nd year and 3rd year student.

think it has an advantage for the normal students taking a Special
Education Students?
2. Do you believe that even they are deaf students they can perform
well as with the normal student’s?
3. Do you think deaf students and the regular students have the same
capacity to learn when it comes to academic studies?
4. Do you think there are disadvantage in having deaf students in the
class?
5. If the deaf students will integrated in the normal class does it
increases their self-confidence will increase?

Through the use of questionnaire, this will be identify what are advantage in normal students if
the deaf students integrated to them.
Local/Population
The study was conducted at the 2nd year and 3rd year students of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod
ng Lipa. The respondents was seventeen (17) male and eighty three (83) female by the
total of 100 students through the use of survey by age and the gender to determine the
impact of integrating deaf students.
