Handling End-to-End Recruitment.

Understanding the requirements of the client company and getting proper knowledge on the job
description.
Sourcing candidates through various Job sites & Portals (Naukri) &Employee referrals, as well as
from internal databases for the given requirements.
Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level,
Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
Process the confirmed profiles to the Client. Coordinating with the candidate and client to
