Screening the Profiles as per the Client Requirement, according to the availability, Interest level,
Salary range, Relocation, and Basic qualification.
Process the confirmed profiles to the Client. Coordinating with the candidate and client to
schedule the interviews.
Following up the candidates till they join. Managing good relationships with candidates to
ensure smooth on boarding.
Maintaining Database of all the Candidates weekly, Monthly trackers and Daily call Sheets,
Interview Status report & Closure report.
Proficient in Recruiting for a candidate from Junior to senior level.
