SUB: Legal Notice
Under the Instruction from my Client M/s, TZMO India South Pvt.Ltd Bella India Health care
Private Limited (Formerly: Bella India Health care Private Limited), Reg. Office: No. 2, New
Timberyard Layout, Mysore road, Bengaluru-560026. I do hereby serve you the Legal Notice
for the following reason.
In the usual course of Business, you, being the distributor/ Agent appointed by my client,
placed orders from time to time for certain supplying material/s, i.e.
Sanitary pads, panty liners, baby diapers, adult incontinence diapers, tampons, household
cleansing agents etc., As per your orders, the company has supplied the said materials to
you and raised invoices. The goods and materials such supplied were received by you
without any objections of demur, whatsoever.
Further, you have a continuous transaction with my client with effect from a couple of period
considered here for the purpose of this notice.
But, you have defaulted in making payment against the invoices supported by delivery
challans, as a result whereof as on 22nd December 2020 a Sum of Rs.3,04,769/- (Rupees
Three lakh four thousand seven hundred and sixty nine only) has become due and
outstanding and payable by you to my client. In spite of repeated oral reminders you have
failed to make payment as such committed gross breach in due performance. Due to your
nonperformance in delaying and denying the payment the company is facing financial crunch
therefore you are liable to pay commercial interest and other consequentials,
Apparently my client, has sent a demand notice on 26-05-2021 requesting you to pay the
said outstanding within the reasonable time, but you have deliberately avoided in making the
payment of dues and neglected to pay the same till date
Therefore, I do hereby call upon you to make payment of the above said sum within 30 days
from the date of receipt of this notice, together with commercial interest at 18% p.a thereon,
failing which, my client shall be compelled initiate civil and criminal proceedings against you
at your cost and consequences. The charges of this Legal notice is Rs. 15,000.
