TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
At about 9:40 PM January 20, 2024 one Romelia Talana y Ancheta, of legal age, married and a resident of Purok Waterlily Brgy. DLY, Sinait, Ilocos Sur was creating
trouble and throwing stones at the basketball covered court prompting the duty barangay Tanods to respond and pacified her but she ignored and even challenge them and then uttered
the following words to wit, OKININAYO A TANOD AWAN KABUTENG KO YOTNINAYO” several times. After which patrolling police officers passed by and also confronted Romelia
Talana but the latter also uttered to PCL Suniega “AGAWID KAYON OKI NI INAYO URAY PULIS KAYO DIKAY KABUTENG”, in the presence and view of other persons,.
