Proposal

Process of submitting the proposal:

The proposal against the call for proposal needs to develop into three major sections. 1.
Institution profile, 2. Technical Bid 3. Financial Bid.

1. The first section i.e., the Institution profile can be developed without any prior work.
Important is to fulfil the eligibility criteria, gathering related documents and
documentation with consortium partners if any.
2. The second and third sections require inputs. E.g. the first section of the technical bid is
the analysis of the context which cannot be done without the field visit to schools. The
school visits provide an understanding of infrastructure development work required, the
accessibility issue of teachers/staff, resource provisions, etc. Based on this data a viable
school management solution will be designed that could respond to the KPIs
requirements of the schools.
3. Similarly, quotations from the vendors would be required for each of the resource
provisions suggested to or proposed by the bidder. This will help to finalise the financial
bid
4. Each section has further subsections which may be discerned through the annexures
provided. The following table provides the detail of each annex which ultimately
develop the whole financial package. The last column of the table suggest the
responsibility between consultant and the bidder.

RED text is information provided for assistance, that needed to be read carefully.
All the annexures need to be supported with evidence documents e.g. Basic Information Form and
Financial Data form need to be supported with institute audit reports, incorporation/Registration
certificate etc.
