System capabilities
We have extensive expertise in the design,
manufacture, and installation of crushing,
screening, storage & reclamation, and bulk
material handling systems and machinery,
on turnkey or semi-turnkey basis, for
processing of hard rocks and mineral ores.

Aggregates plants
We offer comprehensive machinery and
systems for both stationary and mobile
plants for aggregates and manufactured
sand processing. We translate the
process flow into the reality of a well-built
plant. Our project engineering and
implementation teams work closely with
the client to get the most effective yield,
gradation, and particle shape of the
products. Capacities ranging from 70 TPH
to 400 TPH are supplied.

Sand production plants

Manufactured sand or crushed sand is now
extensively used in place of natural sand,
in all cement, concrete, and asphalt mixers.
Our Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher, is
an ideal machine to produce manufactured
sand. Its rock-on-rock principle of crushing
simulates nature’s way of impact and
grinding, the way it occurs in the
generation of particle shapes in river sand.
The crushed sand produced in our VSI
crusher can be washed and classified,
wherever required, in a SPIRAL classifier to
remove the unwanted microfine particles
and other contaminants.
We undertake total designing, supply, and
erection of independent sand plants, and
also integrate our VSI with existing crusher
plants to produce crushed sand that meets
industry specifications.

Concrete delivery systems
We have designed and built concrete
delivery systems with capacities of up to
400 cu.m per hour to suit construction
parameters and respective terrains of
various dam construction projects. The
systems consist of a series of transport
conveyors, as well as elevating, luffing,
and placement conveyors. They pick up
concrete from the batching plants and
deliver continuously from grade level to
the dam’s top for non-stop mass concre-
ting in high-raised dam constructions.
Our engineering skills in finding optimum
solutions for delivering concrete non-stop
up to a height of 80 m, have benefitted
customers by saving their time and
construction costs.
Equipment
Our innovative designs and quality
concepts have set new benchmarks for
machine performance in the quarry and
mineral sizing industry. Our world-class
crushing equipment, namely JAW, CONE,
and VSI crushers are capable of crushing
even the toughest of rocks and mineral
ores. The feeding, screening, and classi-
fication equipment – SCREEN and SPIRAL
classifiers – far exceed industry standards
in terms of productivity, cost economics,
and efficiency.

Our compact range of crushers, screens,
feeders, and conveyors are mounted onto
multi-axle chassis with pneumatic tyres.
They are designed to be ‘truly mobile’ in
their fully assembled state, sturdy and

as on quarry and mining tracks. They are
of immense benefit to the contractors with
flexibility to shift from place to place and
a quick setup, both of which are essential
needs of the present day fast-track
infrastructure projects. They are available
in two-stage and three-stage configura-
tions with processing capacities ranging
from 120 TPH to 300 TPH.

large road and dam projects, where our
equipment is in operation, we prepare
consumption estimates in advance for
all fast-wearing parts and spare parts
for your crushing tasks and put into
action our inventory plans to meet your
parts requirement.
Our parts department will be continually
in contact with your plant managers to
ensure that your production is not
hampered for want of spares to replace
worn-out parts.
We undertake complete and overall
servicing along with any repair work of
our used equipment, whenever needed
by the customer. We restore them to their
original performance levels and help you
install them again.

analyse bottlenecks in your existing plants
and provide you with the most economical
solutions along with flow designs.
Wherever required by you, we undertake
detailed engineering and structural design,
