The Control Hardware Project Management consists of a group of highly experienced and diverse Project
Managers and Planners who work across platforms, technology, and legacy portfolios.
The department is part of the Control Hardware organization which delivers the turbine Hardware
infrastructure including Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels, and Power supplies. We have a significant
focus on continuous improvements and seek to optimize the way we work. The department has a mix of
Technology development and Project execution
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinated, implemented, and controlled the project plans/schedules according to Project Mandates,
approved Project Initiation Documents and Vestas Governance
Deliver line of sight for the Project Managers (incl. interdependencies/impact, critical paths, S-curves, etc.)
Gather actual data, update project schedules, and develop accurate schedule forecasts
Evaluate and identify risks and issues compromising project schedules and develop plans to mitigate them
Support, challenge, and give input on the delivery of agreed project results within the tolerances for scope, quality,
time, cost, risks, and benefits
Qualifications
Master's / Bachelor's in Project Management / Electrical / Mechanical / Any engineering specialization
Proficient communication and presentation skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Know-how from a heavy engineering industry (e.g. energy industry, car manufacturing industry, shipyard industry,
construction industry, etc.)

You communicate upwards, outwards, and downwards in an open, direct, and honest way to ensure full
