COVID-19 PREVENTIVE ACTION

 PREVENTIVE ACTION AGAINST COVID-19 PREVENTION

 The 2019–20 Coronavirus Pandemic (i.e.; COVID-19) has been recognized as a Pandemic by the World
Health Organization (WHO). The outbreak has been declared as an Epidemic in many states across
India, where provisions of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 have been invoked.
 On 23 March 2020, the Government of India ordered a nationwide lockdown as a preventive measure
against the COVID-19 pandemic which has been extended in subsequent phases.
 On 30 May, it was announced that lockdown restrictions were to be lifted from then onwards, while the
ongoing lockdown was further extended till 30 June for only the containment zones.
 After reopening of the project site , in order to minimize the transmission, Shriram Properties Ltd had
formulated a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for COVID-19 Control measures and circulated
amongst various stakeholders for immediate implementation. This SOP is annexed with this
presentation.
 A dedicated checklist, in line with the aforementioned SOP, has also been prepared which examines the
level of compliance maintained on monthly basis, by different vendors at Site, to combat COVID 19,
which is also enclosed with this presentation.
 The subsequent slides gives a glimpse about various COVID-19 preventive measures already
implemented in Sunshine One project.
