Subject: Ensuring full engagement of working-level executives

As we continue to drive towards new areas of diversification along with our existing areas of expertise,
it has become imperative for us to justify our roles in all the upcoming assignments and challenges on
the way to success. Corporate functions catering to Engineering, R&D and Financial work play a very
crucial role in meeting these challenges and for efficient execution of activities in the organisation.

It has come to my notice that work is not divided uniformly among the working level executives. So,
it's
vital to optimize the engagement of every executive, ensuring they dedicate the stipulated 24x8
working hours per month. This commitment is essential for the efficient execution of our corporate
objectives.

The company is facing manpower challenges across engineering/ finance functions. Therefore, I urge
each executive to extend their expertise and support across various domains. This includes areas like
Business Tie-ups wrt CTM apart from Technical Tie-ups activities, Technical Services/ PG Testing wrt
CQ&BE, verification of financial billings wrt Corporate Finance and many other related and overlapping
fields for overall synergy to the work. Collaborative efforts will not only enhance our collective output
but also foster a unified team spirit, symbolizing the ethos of "One BHEL."

All concerned Head of Corporate Functions (HoCFs) are also requested to give priority to Action Points
that emerged from time to time during my review meetings/ communications and weekly
communication from my office. Being time constraint, you are advised to give priority accordingly for
providing status on the same to my SAs.

Our industry is dynamic, and the demands of our stakeholders are ever-evolving. We need to always
be on our toes to provide solutions with full energy. I believe that you will take the necessary steps to
ensure the successful implementation of these measures within your department and apprise me on
organisation chart with full roles and responsibilities to justify 24x8 workinit' all your working
,._
executives by 18 th Jan. 24.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require any further clarification.
