All our staff are trained in our Center for Service Excellence Center before they are deployed onto
site. Staff are taught health and safety basics, grooming and hygiene standards, and job specific
skills.
All of our training modules and standard operating procedures are developed using international
best practices. Its how we maintain consistent service excellence for our clients..
CLEANING SERVICES
We know good consistent cleaning standards can make a big difference to your customers perception of
your business and it's brand.
We are experienced in delivering a range of cleaning services in a variety building environments and
sectors. We achieve this by focusing on developing cleaning skills of our staff and our frontline
supervisors.
Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the internationally recognised colour coding system.
The aim of a colour coding system is to help prevent cross contamination during the cleaning process.
For example red cleaning equipment is only used in washrooms, where as and blue is only used for
common and offices areas.

CAFM SYSTEM
FSI Concept Evolution is Muheel’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System. FSI is a
web based software that enables monitoring and control of hard and soft services, maintenance
activities and the control sub-contracts.
The system provides fully integrated Asset, Helpdesk and Planned Maintenance functionality for both
Hard and Soft services, and a suite of fully integrated modules, to enable the capture of facilities data
into a central repository.
This single repository facilitates meaningful data retrieval in report format to provide the basis for
performance monitor, more informed management decisions and strategic policy choices aimed at
improved efficiencies, quality of services, customer satisfaction, and overall lifecycle cost reduction in
maintenance service provision.
By using the FSI Concept user interface, we can establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to
monitor asset conditions and trigger automated action based on changes. We can create, assign,
monitor, notify, and report on key process components such as work orders, service desk tickets, and
purchase orders, including status, from start to finish. We also include attachments, such as maps,
pictures, and URLs to each record or task to enhance communication and productivity further.
The CCC team will log or facilities and maintenance requests against regions, zones, buildings and
services.
Our system will allow works to be tracked seamlessly from initiation to completion, and will provide a
flexible and scalable call handling solution.
The business logic in our CAFM system enables us to define how the system reacts when
a request for service is received, in this way we ensure all necessary information is captured quickly
and efficiently from the outset with minimal input from the person making the request.
There is consistency of data capture through the use of compulsory fields which ensures that
operational performance reporting is based on standardized data.
The CAFM system drives business process by ensuring that all necessary information is captured
during initial contact, effectively maximizing the possibility of first time fix, thereby reducing the
possibility of unnecessary and potentially costly follow-up visits.

Workforce Management
Mobile Solution
The CAFM solutions supports the use of a mobile work force management solution that could be used to
manage field-based supervisor/team leaders by sending work orders (both reactive and scheduled) directly to
their mobile device. The supervisor is able to record the time spent on a work order and change the status
accordingly.
Asset audits and data collection can also be captured and managed through the mobile solution. Asset data
will be collected and updated in the CAFM Database in real-time.
The use of Mobile Solution would require a phasing in of its implementation allowing staff to familiarize
themselves with the chosen system and the associated processes before full implementation thereby
mitigating the normal risks and issues associated with a project of this nature.

ENERGY MANAGMENT
Muheel Energy Management Team not only engages in designing innovative energy
efficient solutions tailored specifically to our client’s needs, it also guarantees the
savings.
If you do not wish to, or are unable to use your own capital for an energy efficiency
project, our finance options make it simple and affordable to take the initial plunge. We
can finance the project and share the savings with you.
ENERGY MONITORING
Before starting any energy projects we encourage our clients to capture at least 12
months worth of energy data for each building.
To help achieve this Muheel can install wireless Low Voltage meters and water meters
in each property. These meters connect to central controller that pushes energy data to
a cloud server. We can then use Tridiums latest analytical data software to map your
energy trends for each building, or across the full portfolio.
This 12 months of energy data will form the base line for any savings program that our
clients implement
