    Terms & Conditions of Hire

    • Rates are based on 9 hours per day (07h00 – 17h00)


    Hours worked outside of these hours will be billed for at a rate based on the operators’
    hours on site.
    • Plant is billed from time of delivery or travelling to site
    • Idle time is charged for at 100% of the rate
    • Inclement weather is charged for at 50% of the rate (site condition dependant)
    • Site specific medicals and inductions are the client’s responsibility and for their account
    • Standing time for site specific medicals & inductions will be billed for
    • Standing time due to community issues will be charged for at 100% of the rate
    • Damage to plant due to site conditions is for the client’s account
    • Punctures are not considered as breakdowns
    • Damage to tyres is for the client’s account
    • The safekeeping of equipment whilst on site is the client’s responsibility
    Insurance onus is on the client to insure equipment whilst on hire
