1. Eustress and Distress are stressors that responses to situations.

2. Eustress occurs when your level of stress is high enough to


motivate you.

3. Eustress can help you learn something new and think positive.

4. Distress occurs when your body and mind begin to respond


negatively to the stressors.

5. Distress can lead you to changes in behavior, health, and major


injury.

1) Always remain positive and in spite the problems


2) Keep your mind active and learn something new
