I tasted a similar soup at Olive

Garden and wanted to see if I
could re-create it myself at home.
Here's the delicious result! It's
wonderful on a chilly evening. —

Recipe was good, but it

needed a healthy dose of
salt. It’s also pretty thick. I
added a cup of chicken
broth and about 1 1/2 tsp salt.

This is a good base soup for
nearly any protein. Garlic salt
is a good addition.

I had a chance to make this

review that I read. It is really
thick and I had to tweak it to

I am looking for some soup
that will freeze well since we
are a small family. I am
wanting to have ready-made
lunches. Do you think this
would freeze well?

A delicious, hearty soup for a

cold day. I substituted
almond milk for the 2% and a
can of coconut milk in place
of the heavy whipping cream
to make it a little healthier.
