CONCEPTS
Simplifying rational algebraic expressions is eliminating factors that are common
in numerator and denominator.
In this Learning Activity Sheet, you will use the skill of finding the GCF.

ILLUSTRATION Below are the different illustrations in simplifying rational algebraic expressions:

then cancel the common factors in both numerator and denominator.
