The Opportunity:
Are you the social media maven Playo has been waiting for? If you've got a knack for crafting slam-
dunk content, navigating the social media court, and keeping up with the algorithms' playbook,
we've got a prime spot for you! As our Social Media Associate, you'll manage an online community
that buzzes with energy. From sparking conversations on LinkedIn to hitting home runs with
Instagram reels, you'll be the power play behind our brand. So, grab your digital jersey – let's hit
the social media field and make every connection count!

Responsibilities:
• Devise and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
• Plan, produce, and publish engaging content, in line with the content calendar, on platforms
including YouTube, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Twitter (X), Reddit and LinkedIn
• Monitor content performance, analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion
rates, and customer feedback), and optimize content to achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling social media content
• Develop and publish a mix of text, image, and video content to drive awareness and engagement
• Engage with our online community through timely responses, relevant engagement from the
brand’s handle
• Foster positive relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for innovation & growth through trend monitoring & competition tracking
• Stay updated on social media tools, features, trends and advertising options
• Encourage and curate UGC from customers and followers to build community and trust
• Be the face of the brand, produce and create content for social media
• Ideate and conceptualize different storytelling and develop content buckets that resonate with
the audience and create brand awareness
• Develop content buckets backed by strong storytelling that resonates with the audience

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of proven social media marketing experience
• Creative mindset with innovative thinking
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Independent and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
