ACKNOWLWDGEMENTS

I express my sentiment of gratitude to my school – Gia Dinh
University. I am very impressed with the school from the very first days of
coming here. Impressed by the facilities, the learning environment is fair
and friendly.

Luckily, we have teachers who have always encouraged and

supported us so that we can maintain our spirit, effort, and try our best to
study. Receiving the dedicated instruction of the teachers, we have
gradually overcome difficulties and become mature. The teacher gave us
the ideal study environment than what we expected.

The time I spent in KHANH Travel as an internship was a memorable

one for me as it was rich in experience sharing, helping me discover my
potential and giving me an opportunity to undergo professional training. I
am deeply indebted to her wholehearted support – Lý Tiểu Nâu, The Head
of Tour Department, supervising to me during the internship period. Her
valuable suggestions and guidelines helped me a lot to prepare the report
in a well-organized manner.

With a grateful heart, I would like to thank my parents for giving me

a life, the first to welcome me to this world and will continue to
accompany me in the next few years of life. Thank parents for growing
their children up. You are the source of experience for children to learn,
the great support for children both physically and mentally. Those who
always are beside us, encourage us through hard times.

Over the past four years, I have been fortunate to be with you all-
my classfriends . We have spent four years full of happy memories, having
a hard day of studying, endless stories after school, practical lessons with
debates. All have become unforgettable memories in the student life with
not only enjoyable but also sadness.
