Regulatory project
Regulatory project is popularly called the Local Authority Project,
and is executed on the basis, of the approved Project proposal
Proposal.
The Project proposal drawings must, therefore be processed and
upgraded with all BR 18 information, so that it can form the basis
for the final approval of the project by the Local Authority.

Regulatory project is also a integrated part of the tender project.

Regulatory project drawings are handed in to the local Authorities

together with the application for building permit.
