ADDITION LEVELS

Concentrations from 0.05% up to several percent may be used depending on the substrate and the
requirement of the end application.
Addition levels for Sabostab AO 1010 in polyolefins range from 0.05 to 0.5 % depending on the
processing conditions and long-term thermal stability requirements.
Addition levels for Sabostab AO 1010 in hot melt adhesives range from 0.2-1.0%.
In synthetic tackifier resins, Sabostab AO 1010 concentration ranges between 0.1% and 0.5%.
The exact level to be used in any particular case should be determined by a development program.

PRODUCT FORM-PACKING – STORAGE - HANDLING

Sabostab AO 1010 is available as powder or as free-flowing granules.

The standard packaging is 25 kg net in PE bags. One pallet holds 500 kg net. Also BBO are
available, which hold 650 kg.
If properly stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25°C, Sabostab AO 1010 remains within
the specification limits for at least 5 years.

REGISTRATION

Sabostab AO 1010 is listed on EINICS, MITI, TSCA, AICS, DSL, ECL and PICCS.
The product is approved in many countries for use in food contact applications.
