II. ABOUT THE COMPANY

Crossing Vietnam Tour takes pride in being a leading travel company in Hanoi, garnering
high rankings on various review platforms, especially TripAdvisor and Google. With the
goal of showcasing the unique beauty of Hanoi and Vietnam to international tourists, we
are currently seeking candidates for the Sales Admin position. An ideal candidate is an
enthusiastic and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and fluent
proficiency in English. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

III. REQUIREMENT
- Priority given to female candidates who have graduated from language-related
faculties (such as Hanoi University, Foreign Languages University, Foreign Trade
University, etc.).
- Proficiency in English, especially in communication skills (having an English
certification is an advantage).
- Flexible problem-solving abilities, proactive in work.
- Strong overall soft skills.
- Long-term commitment to the company.
- Candidates with no experience may be considered for training.

IV. BENEFIT
- Total Income: 15 - 25 million VND per month (Base salary + commission).
