Profile
Having a solid work experience of 25+ years in totality working simultaneously as Senior Quantity
Surveyor, Senior Contracts Officer, Senior Contracts Administrator, and Senior Civil Engineer Estimator in
United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Philippines.

Possess solid exposure adopting some techniques & principles having been part of some Mega/ Giga
Infrastructure Projects of these countries namely; Barwa’s Family Housing & Labor Accommodation Project
in Al Wakrah for 2022 FIFA World Cup, The Katara Cultural Village Development, Aspire Zone & Doha Port
Development Projects, the Construction of New Doha International Airport, the Construction of Al
Thumama Stadium for 2022 FIFA World Cup, and as secondment to the Contracts Department of Ministry
of Public Health Office (formerly Supreme Council of Health) and secondment to the Contracts/
Commercial Department of SPIE Oil & Gas Qatar, all of which is in Qatar. I also worked in Jebel Ali Free Zone
Projects, the Construction of Burj Khalifa, some notable interior and fit-out projects on 5-star hotels and
royal family villas in UAE, and in Muscat Oman our clients were the biggest Oil & Gas companies in the
country such as PDO, OQ, CCED, etc.

I’m a strong team player, communicator, leader, problem-solver, and decision maker with excellent ability
to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical people. Ability to assimilate and analyze complex
issues and concepts in order to dissect, simplify and resolve problems, both in hands-on and simulated
scenarios. Sound knowledge of various cultures and traditions on different races and nationalities, which I
acquired on my 20+ years stay in UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
