GFPTA-RESOLUTION NO. 1 S. 2022

“A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING OUR WILLINGNESS TO HAVE A LIMITED FACE TO FACE

CLASSES AT ISIC-ISIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, VINTAR, ILOCOS NORTE”

WHEREAS, the Barangay of Isic-Isic remains a COVID-19 free Barangay since the start of the Pandemic;

WHEREAS, the Schools Division of Ilocos Norte continuously support the Basic Education Learning
Continuity Plan in the pilot of limited face to face classes as per Division Memorandum No. DM-SGOD
2021-477;

WHEREAS, Isic-Isic Elementary School is nominated for pilot implementation of limited face to face
classes;

WHEREAS, Isic-Isic Elementary School is qualified to have a limited face to face classes based from the
School Readiness Assessment Tools;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Leonora Joy G. Sadiri the GPTA Secretary and unanimously seconded
by the body, be it;

RESOLVED as it is RESOLVED to earnestly request the SDOIN headed by our beloved Schools Division
Superintendent DR. JOANN A. CORPUZ, CESO V to allow Isic-Isic Elementary School to implement the
limited face to face classes.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the Sangguniang Barangay
headed by Rolly A. Nacuray, Barangay Chairman/Presiding Officer for their concurrence.
RESOLVED FINALLY to transmit copies of this resolution to the office of the Schools Division
Superintendent Dr. Joann A. Corpuz, CESO V for approval.
