Minutes:

1. Welcome and Introduction

o The facilitator welcomed all participants and introduced the purpose of the
LAC, emphasizing the changes and new guidelines in school-based
management (SBM).
2. Presentation on the New Guidelines in School-Based Management
o The facilitator delivered a presentation highlighting the changes in SBM.
o The facilitator also discussed the new principles in SBM.
3. Sharing of ideas and best practices
o Each group shared the key points and strategies discussed during their
group discussions.
o Participants highlighted the changes in SBM.
o They also emphasized the best practices in each principle.
4. Recommendations for future action: Participants provided recommendations for
future actions to maintain the SBM level 3.
5. Closing remarks and next steps
o The facilitator concluded the LAC by summarizing the key takeaways and
expressing appreciation for the active participation and valuable insights
shared by all participants.
o Participants were encouraged to apply the knowledge gained from the
LAC in their teaching practices and to continue seeking professional
development opportunities in this area.

The LAC on New Guidelines in School-Based Management at 5:03. The seminar was
highly informative and engaging, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
for participants to explore strategies for maintaining the SBM level of the school.
