    TASK : TRAVERSING SURVEY

    OBJECTIVES

     To become familiar in handling Total Station.


     To determine close traverse. The purpose of the traverse survey is providing the
    necessary data for horizontal control in all surveying works.

    EQUIPMENT

     1 x Total Station.  Picket.


     3 x Tripod.  Tape
     2 x prism.  Field Book.

    INSTRUCTION:

    1. Reconnaissance
    - Selection of practical site
    - identify traverse stations (at least 5 to 6 station )

    2. Perimeter survey
    - 1st class survey
    - Form close traverses using total station.
    - bookings
    ** Procedures Observation: Basics procedure for traverse survey.

    3. Processing/ Traverse Calculation


    - Bearing Adjustments
    i. C correction
    ii. M correction
    - Latitude and Departure
    - Linear Misclose

    4. Report Submission
    - group report
    - due before _____ week
