Identification No. 043-045-0012-006-30 described as follows:

East: ROMAN RAMOS West: ALEX BRIGOLI

That for and in consideration of the love and kindness which the DONOR has
for the DONEE,the above named DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely gives , transfers
and conveys ,by way of donation ,unto said DONEE,the above describe a portion of the
property with an area of 100sq.m., free from all liens and encumbrances ,whatsoever;
That the DONOR hereby states ,for the purpose of giving full effect and validity
to this donation ,that he has reserved to himself sufficient properties ,in full ownership
which are necessary and adequate for his support in consonance with his standing in
society;
That the herein DONEE hereby accepts and receive gift and donation made in
favor by the said DONOR, and hereby expressed its appreciation and gratefulness for
the kindness and generosity of the DONOR;
