Dear Students,

We hope this message finds you well. As we commence the Winter PEP, please take
note of the following instructions to ensure a smooth and productive learning
experience:

1. Online Classes on MYCLASS:

Few of the Winter PEP classes will be conducted online through MYCLASS. Please
log in to your MYCLASS account regularly to check for updates, class schedules, and
any announcements related to the Winter PEP.

2. Attendance at Respective Classrooms:

Students must attend all online/offline classes from their respective classrooms as per
the timetable provided. This applies if the class start time as well as end time falls
within the duration of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3. Flexibility for Non-9-to-5 Time Slots:

For classes that fall outside the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM duration (e.g., 8:00 AM-12:00
PM or 3:00 PM-6:00 PM), students have the flexibility to attend these sessions from
their respective locations. It is not mandatory to attend these classes in person at the
classroom.

4. Full Day Duty Leave for Attendance:

If a student attends all the Winter PEP classes scheduled for a day, they will be
granted a Full Day Duty leave. This free time is provided to students to engage in
practice problems and coding challenges on different platforms, enhancing their skills
during the Winter PEP.

Please adhere to these guidelines to make the most out of the Winter PEP. If you have
any queries or concerns, feel free to reach out to the Department of Training and
