1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Goals

This document describes installing, configuring, and using the functions in the MWI.SYNC integration
application for master data synchronization and transaction integration between NeoCRM and SAPB1. This
application is called MWI.SYNC (Middleware Interface for Synchronization) (MWI).

1.2 Terms

2 PREREQUISITES
- Make sure the computer you want to install is on the local network
- MWI.SYNC installation package provided by WIZ Team
- Connection information to the database is declared in this file implemented by WIZ Team. (refer
to 5.1)
- Note:
o If there is any change in the configuration information in item #5.1, you need to turn off
the MWI.SYNC App, then turn it back on, then the system will update the latest data.
o Before performing synchronization, users need to ensure some of the following
information to avoid errors during synchronization:
 The posting period on SAP B1 of the target database must be opened
 Configurations at SAP B1 such as Item Group, Sales Employee must ensure
matched between source and destination databases
o If you want to sync it manually, you need to first go to the Server, on the MWI sync tool,
you need to turn off automatic sync
o Process:
 SAP B1 => CRM
 Item Master Data
 Business Partner Master Data
 CRM => SAP B1
 Sales Order

3 INSTALL
PIC: Technical.
Note: WIZ technical team will install this on the server and use it. End Users when remote into the server
will see the MWI icon available on the Desktop and just need to open it and use it, without having to
reinstall it. In case you need to reinstall, you need to contact WIZ technical team to get the latest version.

After the installation is complete, display the shortcut on the desktop as shown below.

4 LOGIN

4.1 Login

4.1.1 Click on ‘MWI’ Icon on desktop

4.1.2 Input data for Config Connection (only for first log in)

IP: IP address for SQL


MWI: Tools name
sa: ID SQL
*****: Pass SQL
MSSQL2019: Version SQL
After input data, click Save Config

Area 1: CRM Setting

CRM URL:

Use URL link that you log in CRM, replace crm with api

crm-p18.xiaoshouyi.com => api.-p18.xiaoshouyi.com

CRM Client ID: get from NeoCRM

CRM Client Secret: get from NeoCRM

CRM Redirect Uri: get from NeoCRM

From CRM Screen Go to: Development > Connectors

If there are no existing connectors, need to create new one. Then click View

CRM UserName: UserName log in NeoCRM

CRM Password: password CRM + security token

From CRM Screen Go to: Setting > Personal Setting > API Token > Get Security Token

Ex: pass to log in CRM: 1111, security token is ww8omDmR

=> CRM Password for setting is: 1111ww8omDmR

5.2 Config Auto Sync

Depending on user needs, set up automatic synchronization time.

When set to automatic, Tool SYNC must always be open. When there is any setting change, after SAVE OR
APPLY, it is necessary to Login to the Tool again and keep the Tool in the Open state.

- Auto.Sync: ON/OFF: Auto/No auto sync. Switch ON/OFF to change the automatic state of the
system.
- Time to Sync: Time set for running automatically. Units are in Minutes. For example: Setup 15
minutes, every 15 minutes, the tool will start a session sync data in process mentioned in item #2.
After 15 minutes, the sync tool will start the next session at the same time, the old session sync
will continue if the old session sync has not finished syncing the data (Only valid data will be

counted, the data is faulty (eg missing setup, missing necessary information, etc.) then it will skip
and continue reading the data to sync.
- The time for automatic sync should be considered depending on the amount of data that needs to
be synced more or less to set a reasonable number of minutes
- Reset: Press the Reset button when you want to skip the old settings and create a new one
- Save: Save change, needs to close the App and reopen it to be applied to the system. System

- Apply: After changing a certain setting and the user wants to apply to run, then using this
function, the system will automatically shut down the App and ask the user to restart. Notification

- Users will set the Sync Auto ON/OFF for each function. Depending on the management purpose,
Switch ON/OFF for each function

5.3 Show Log

When you want to check sync log, click Show Log

Choose parameter:

Error: Sync fail


Success: Sync successfully
Log Function: Sort by function Item Master Data / BP Master Data / Sale Order
Log Data Flow: Sort by Flow : SAP-MWI/ MWI-CRM/CRM-MWI/MWI-SAP
Log Date Time: Sort by time
View Log: Press View Log to see log

6.1 Item Group

Code on the left is data from CRM and on the right is from SAP. Users choose code on the right that
corresponds to the left then click Mapping

If field name on the left and right are different, system will send the message. If you still want to map, click
Yes.

6.2 Sales Employee

Code on the left is data from CRM and on the right is from SAP. Users choose code on the right that
corresponds to the left then click Mapping

If field name on the left and right are different, system will send the message. If you still want to map, click
Yes.

8 TRANSACTIONS

8.1 Sale Order

If you want to sync manually (NOT SET AUTO SYNC), click Sale Order

Click View to show list order that have not yet sync to SAP B1

Choose sale order that you want to sync

Click Sync
