C-TPAT Load Security Inspection Check List

Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) requires that drivers systematically inspect tractors,
trailers, containers and seals upon loading and unloading of international freight. All empty trailers and
containers crossing international borders are also to be inspected. If suspicious items are found please call
dispatch. Please mark each item on this form and send in with the log sheets to the corporate office.

As a driver, you must understand that you are ultimately responsible for the integrity of your load.
