Description
The pump elements PE 120 G and PE 250 G with or
without pressure limiting valve are used in piston
pumps of the series GIGA or GIGA PLUS (see table).

These pump elements either directly supply the lube
points with lubricant or forward the dosage volume to
the lubricant distributor.
The pump elements PE 120 G and PE 250 G are
suitable for pumps with mechanically controlled
pistons (desmodromic).

Combination of output rates

A special feature of the GIGA PLUS central
lubrication pump is that it is suitable for all lubrication
systems (progressive, sectional, single-line and dual
line system).

connections of the pump can be linked by channels

Description Symbol for dual line

Lubricant in a dual line system is supplied under
pressure and alternately to the dual line distributors
via two main lines. From here it is forwarded to the

lube points. Due to the internal assembled solenoid
valves, no separate change over valve is needed.
The control is realized via the input signals of the
pressure switch. M
