Bond by Employee in favour of Employer with Surety

WHEREAS the above-named firm agreed to take the said Employee in the employ of his
aforesaid firm as and in the capacity of Treasurer and Accountant upon the said Employee

the faithful service by the said Employee as Treasurer and Accountant.
NOW THE CONDITION of the above-written Bond is such that if the said Employee
shall faithfully discharge his duties as a Treasurer and Accountant or if the said Employee and
Surety or either of them shall at all times hereafter keep indemnified the said A.B. against all
losses, costs, damages and expenses which he may pay or sustain by reason of his taking the
said Employee into his employ by reason of any act, embezzlement, mismanagement, neglect
or default of or by the said Employee whilst in the employ of the said firm or otherwise,
THEN in either of the said cases the above-written Bond shall be void, otherwise the same
shall remain in full force.
