NOTIFICATION

Following a comprehensive assessmentof the prevailingchallenges

confronted
.
by the Research Institute of AARI primarily due to upgradation of
"_ .. ,

posts 'in 4-tier service structure, this notification is being issued to enhance
operational efficiency and address concerns related to distribution of
research/analytical work:

1. Each scientist, regardless of their cadre/pay scale (BS-17,BS-18 & BS-

19), is required to personally undertake research experiments.
Scientists in 8S-19 will also take up a supervisory role in addition to
their individual research responsibilities.
2. The Senior Scientists are required to undertake at least 30% of the
total analytical workload in the laboratories of ResearchWing.
3. Prepare and sign the Annual Performance Contract with each research
formation/lab, as well as at the individual level for all scientists/
analysts, explicitly reflecting the quarter-wise targets.
4. The assigned targets shall be reviewed in quarterly review meetings
and the source of verification will be scrutinized.

This notification serves as an official directive, and all relevant

personnel are requested to comply with it and participate actively in achieving

the assignedta rgets.
