CONDITIONS UPON ACCEPTANCE OF A PFI LOAN

Understand that the release of the PFI Loan is conditional to your application for training being
approved in Australia and a corresponding Australian visa has been issued to you. Further
understand that the release of the PFI loaned amount shall be paid directly on your behalf to
concerned Australian company and/or Australian government agency related to the
management of your Training Application. Further upon start of your Training Program, you
must provide a budget of paying your monthly loan due payable to PFI parent company, PIL in
Australia. The Training Position is conditional and that to continue receiving your monthly
stipend, you must: a. Continue serving in all areas. b. Be making satisfactory progress in your
program of training, as determined by the program director. c. Live in compliance with
Community Standards. d. Fulfill all training obligations, where applicable.
