Aligarh Muslim University's

start in six months.

 The new species belongs to the
genus Candoleomyces, a small
genus with only 35 recognized
species globally. The discovery was

 National Unity Day (National Unity

birth anniversary of Sardar

resolving the protracted dispute
arising out of the closure of its
Singur plant in 2008.
 Tata Motors claimed in a statement
that a three-member arbitral
tribunal had ruled in the
company's favor in the Singur plant
dispute proceedings.
 "Tata Motors Limited is entitled to
recover an amount of Rs 765.78
crore from the respondent (WBIDC)
with 11 per cent interest per
annum from September 1, 2016 till
actual recovery," the statement
said.
 Due to a land dispute, Tata Motors
had to shift its manufacturing
plant from Singur in West Bengal to
Sanand in Gujarat in October 2008.
The plant was set up to produce the
small car Nano and Tata Motors
had already spent Rs 1,000 crore on
the plant.
