1- Overview of "Look Back in Anger" and its Significance.

"Look Back in Anger" is a famous play written by John Osborne in 1956. It's an
important work in British theater, especially during a time when there were big
changes in society after World War II. The play is part of the "Angry Young Men"
movement, which aimed to show the frustration and discontent of working-class
young people. The main character is Jimmy Porter, a smart guy from the working
class. He lives in a small flat with his wife, Alison. Jimmy is upset with the way
society works and how people are treated based on their social class. The play talks
about issues like class struggle, love, and the disappointment felt by the generation
after the war.

"Look Back in Anger" is unique because it's more real and direct compared to
other plays at that time. Osborne's writing is known for its strong and emotional
dialogue. The play was a big change from the polite and proper theater of the past.
It showed life as it was, with all its difficulties and challenges. The impact on
theater was huge. It challenged the old ways of doing things and inspired other
