We would like to ask you for a refundable deposit, credit card guarantee.

Each guest is obliged to provide a deposit at the latest when taking over the
apartment or holiday home.

A deposit of CZK 5,000/€ 200 only serves as security in the event of extraordinary
events that may or may not occur and is used to cover financial claims in the event
of damage or loss.
The blocking of your credit card via the gateway payment can be activated at the
earliest 5 days before your arrival.
The deposit will be returned to your account after your departure using the same
payment method provided there are no damages or defects.

The accommodated guest is obliged to report damage, disruption, damage, loss or

theft of the rental object to the Berg Invest reception or a person commissioned by
him during the entire duration of his stay.

Each accommodated guest is obliged to keep the apartment in an undamaged

condition during the stay, which corresponds to wear and tear corresponding to
the technical purpose of the rented item.

On the day of your departure, please call the telephone number given in the
information folder in the room at least half an hour before departure so that our
staff can pick up the keys and take over the apartment.

Upon your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you at our BERG Invest reception

At this address you will collect the keys to your apartment and receive further
information about your stay.

PLEASE TELL US THE ARRIVAL TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

The earliest arrival (check-in) is from 2 p.m.

The reception is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
